Silence of the Hams (1994)

Directed any written by: some weirdo that should've never been aloud to direct or write anything

WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT?
Eee... I can't answer that question. I believe there was some kind of a story, but my brain flew away after watching this piece of sh...t.

WORTH WATCHING?

NO!

If You're obsessed with the 90s, it's fashion, style, haircuts, cars and etc, than You can spend some time with it, it's visually OK.
But when it comes to the story... WHAT STORY?

Seriously, I don't get that! Who the hell greenlighted this movie and how the hell did it's director manage to get such a huge cast of cinema's famous.

There's even Mell Brooks, how could he possibly agree to to star in this sh...t?

And there's John Landis!

And John Carpenter... somewhere, cause I didn't see him in a movie, but he's credited.

Still, since he was in it even for frew seconds he must have been convinced to waste him time somehow.

And there's plenty of other I-know-them-from-somewhere faces, that I don't really want to list in this review.

The movie itself doesn't even look that bad, when it comes to cinematography.

And I think it could easily be a good movie.

It's gags are not worse than those from other parody movies.

It's just that they don't work.
They've spent time thinking of them, but they didn't even bother to pull them out in a good way.

So the whole movie is completely unfunny... I'll repeat that: it's a parody... with trillions of gags... but i's unfunny.
Plus, it's badly written, it's illogical, it's stupid, it doesn't make sense... it's hardly possible to call it a movie.

It's like if someone came to LA with a suitcase full of dollars and started making a parody on the spot... plenty of actors, plenty of gags, it looks expensive... but no preparations at all. There's no touch.
They probably had a lot of fun on the set, but hay!... this doesn't make a good movie.
